Intel removed screen recorder for Intel HD Graphics users
[edit source]Intel removed screen recorder function from Intel HD Graphics control panel when they introduced new software Intel Arc Control, that can not be installed for those who have an older HD Graphics igpu. Older gpu's worked (and recorded screen) perfectly for years until they arbitrarily removed the feature via software without any technical motivation.
