Possible inclusion? - The homemade firearm scene
If you track the posts from Brazil police raids, you would notice a lot of 3D printed guns, but more importantly, for the lower-end gangs, they have low-effort 3D models also involved. Included is one of my preferred homemade gun repositories that can be referenced for other geometric false positives.

Gun smuggling methods - fake labubus and peculiar lunchboxes. I find the Hell 'O' Kitty to be notable since it looks a lot like a generic lunch pail on first glance, despite this being a transforming firearm akin to those suitcase guns.

3D Printed magazine springs - Mostly notable because look at how simple of a mechanism this is disassembled. This zigzag method could be easily abused as hidden infill in a model.

Generic shaped firearms - While the first example was actually welded from metal parts, this PAM-2 serves as a good example as to how simple the design of a gun can get, those blocky elements alone serve as a great method to bypass traditional detection algorithms expecting illegal firearms to match the shape of existing firearms. The Decker 380 is another good example, and this one IS 3D printed!

Zip guns - Included to demonstrate how simple these can get, I mean seriously, a metal tube, something to strike the bullet, and something elastic to give it velocity on return. Can't get any simpler with a zip gun, and why you can't design anything to defeat this.
