I deleted it - seems like a Tempest in a Teapot. The 9th Circuit ruling notes: "FDA regulations provided, at all relevant times, that if the product contained “less than 0.5 gram” trans fat, as it did in this case, it was required to tell the consumer on the Nutrition Facts Panel that it contained 0 grams trans fat, even though it contained this dangerous food additive." https://caselaw.findlaw.com/court/us-9th-circuit/1956219.html After doing so I did notice that Kroger did also put 0 grams trans fat per serving PROMINENTLY on the FRONT of the package.
