Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc is an American restaurant founded in 1940 under the name Sam's Tavern until 1969, where the company changed their name to Red Robin. The company is known for their endless French fry refills[1] and Gourmet Burgers lineup, along with offering beverages services like milkshakes or alcohol.

Red Robin sending unsolicited texts (2018)
editNew Jersey resident John Geraci filed a lawsuit in 2018 against Red Robin for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, sending promotional messages to customers even after the customers replied "Stop".[2][3]
Geraci requested dismissal of the lawsuit on 11 June 2021, which was granted three days later on 14 June.[4]
Stella Artois false advertising lawsuit (2020)
editIn June 2020, a lawsuit was filed against Red Robin for allegedly lying to customers about contents containing 16 ounces instead of the product containing 14 ounces. On 10 November 2022, the case reached a settlement of $450,000, requiring Red Robin to compensate customers who ordered a small sized Stella Artois between 25 June 2017 and 21 July 2022, $3 for each purchase up to $15.[5][6][7]
