Keychron K13 Pro[1] is a low profile mechanical keyboard which advertises QMK and VIA support.
Consumer impact summary[edit | edit source]
Keychron did not reach a standard of firmware that is acceptable for inclusion in QMK[2]. And while at some point the keyboard was evidently supported by means of VIA, it is not supported as of writing[3]. It has not made an effort to support these standards, but has wiped all evidence from the official page of any discontent.
They have temporarily permitted a somewhat negative review, which they have subsequently wiped. No negative reviews pointing out the keyboard's dysfunctional state regarding QMK and VIA support are published.
