Latest comment: 14 April by GarThor in topic Netflix locks some titles behind further paywalls
Currently, this page is titled Netflix, Inc. and the link to this page is https://consumerrights.wiki/Netflix,_Inc.. As you can see from this very post, the trailing period isn't recognized as part of the link in most software that autodetects links. To work around this problem, I propose the title be changed to just Netflix.

Netflix locks some titles behind further paywalls
[edit source]As detailed in this reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/mildlyinfuriating/comments/1s6dy4z/i_waited_until_matilda_was_on_netflix_just_to/
Some titles are simply not available if you pick the "ad supported" version of the service.

- Monday April 14, 2026, Netflix sends out an email to subscribers notifying them of changes to their privacy policy.
- The new changes include language which implies that even if you aren't subscribing to an ad-supported tier, that they will be collecting and distributing information on you to advertisers.
- The new feature appears to be opt-out, rather than opt-in, and only available on an ad-supported tier. GarThor (talk) 20:22, 14 April 2026 (UTC)
