NZXT, Inc. is an American computer-hardware manufacturer founded in 2004 and based in Los Angeles, California. The company manufactures computer cases, components, and accessories for the PC-gaming market. Products are designed in Los Angeles and manufactured in Shenzhen.[1]

Hardware Warranty coverage issues

Several reports of excessively difficult or denied warranty coverage issues on their 6-year Kraken coolers. One user reports being instructed to live stream[2] their warranty issue in their RMA process.[3][4][2][5]
