The healthcare industry has a lot of shady practices (some similar and some tangent to the quick summary in this article), but I don't want to jump down that rabbit hole if it just ends up being irrelevant to the CAT wiki. Other potential articles include: BCBS limiting amount of anesthesia during surgery, UHC sued by FTC for antitrust, insurance and pharma companies covering/lobbying certain drugs to increase profit regardless of patient harm (going way back to oxycontin), price gouging on drugs like insulin, etc. Seeking approval before developing this further.
- The topics you list are all valid, as these are all practices and incidents which, directly or indirectly, result in consumers being charged higher prices or otherwised harmed. This is especially relevant where such prices and harms can be shown to be wholly artificial. I'm not sure we want to get into discussions on societal healthcare payment models (i.e. if the topics stray into heavy economics or political theory, that might be going a bit far) but in general you should be bold and create articles that you think need to be created, and other users can debate if certain articles are beyond the pale.
