Investigating the EO Smarthome Raspberry Pi

We paid extra for our EO charger in order to get one which could track our PV export and send it to the car instead.

The additional Smarthome box houses a Raspberry Pi running a stock linux distro which basically just boots up a python service and then sends messages to the separate EVSE via serial. There's no encryption on the SD card so it's probably very easy to extract the necessary commands. Also the image appears to try to figure out what hardware it's attached to, and so it may be a way to work out how to push firmware updates to the Mini Pro as well. I'm not so sure about that.
