It appears the Inclusion Guidelines article hasn't been updated since May. Since this is a major FAQ for a lot of contributors, as well as important guidelines for what this wiki does (and doesn't) cover, it seems pretty crucial to update this article. It would also help greatly to add it to the Create a Page, How To Help, and other contributor articles.
