Switch Game Key-Card: Difference between revisions
Changed every instance of "Switch 2" to "Nintendo Switch 2". Removed the claims that Nintendo bans users for buying used consoles or criticizing the company. They seemed entirely fabricated, and I couldn't find a single example of either of these things happening online. Removed the section that said Nintendo bans systems for purchasing used games. While some incidents have occurred regarding used games, the specifics involved the unique IDs of normal Game Cards, and do not apply to Key Cards. |

Nintendo has created a way to control a user's machine from afar, despite the machine having been sold to the user a personal property. The terms and conditions in the Nintendo Switch 2 License agreement render the purchased unit as if it were rented, with the controlling company able to restrict, deny access, or outright ban users for using their product in any way the seller does not see fit, with console bans resulting in the system being unable to go online. This means that any banned Nintendo Switch 2 will be completely incapable of actually using Game-Key Cards. | Nintendo has created a way to control a user's machine from afar, despite the machine having been sold to the user a personal property.
