Welcome to the Consumer Action Taskforce!

The mission of this Wiki is to document a new generation of consumer exploitation that bears no resemblance to issues of the 1950s-1990s. We focus on the issues that often go unnoticed by review sites, tech press, and traditional consumer protection publications.

Help fight consumer exploitation

Your #1 mission: Create wiki articles!

Where to start — what we need from you

  1. Go to the article suggestions page.
  2. Pick a topic that interests you.
  3. Create an article following our content guidelines.
  4. Edit the article suggestions page to remove the link to your article.

Each video in our directory contains valuable information about consumer rights violations that needs to be transformed into wiki articles.

Don't want to write a full article? That's okay! You can help by:

  • 🔍 Browsing the wiki and improving existing articles
  • ✅ Deleting topics which have already been covered, or which don't belong on the wiki
  • ➕ Adding missing relevant topics to the Article suggestions list
