Background analysis essay

Background analysis on the technical, factual, and legal basis of 3D-printer blocking mandates: User:Louis/3D-printed firearms and the technical basis for printer mandates. Louis (talk) 03:59, 2 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Maybe important to highlight: P.A. Luty's book exists, so I'd say the ship kind of sailed if they want to control the concept of homemade automated firearms. Any idiot with access to basic hand tools and some metal stock can make an automatic firearm that's semi-reliable that will quite easily outperform almost anything 3D printed.
