Screenshot of Case Note 244873 [2013] NZPrivCmr 5, in which the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner found that a CCTV camera in the men's toilets of a pub breached information privacy principle 4 of the Privacy Act, and that signage would not have made the camera justifiable.
