WoW incidents section

If you are experiencing a display problem when Template:Quote box is called for while you're also set to dark mode view, that is something to be brought up on that template's talk page. Merely calling attention to it in the article change log while also changing valid code -- and arguably degrading the quality -- is not particularly helpful. (And for what it's worth, I am not seeing the problem on my desktop PC.) — Sojourna (talk) 21:21, 4 July 2025 (UTC)Reply

I didn't think of that so thanks for the enlightenment. Regarding the degradation in quality, I have to disagree. You're the only person I witnessed using the Template:Quote box and every time its used, it causes a prob on both my phn and PC when using dark mode. You say you don't have such a prob but I do, and as I do sm1 else might. I'll add a discussion to Template:Quote box and won't edit it out if it's used again (even w the prob still existing). It's been months and nothing has really happened with the template. It doesn't see much use anyway, so I've gone ahead and removed its usage from the WoW article. — Sojourna (talk) 23:00, 8 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

Could you elaborate on your change to AMD's article?

edit

https://consumerrights.wiki/index.php?title=AMD&diff=prev&oldid=47403 Saying "Fucking stupid" as the changelog description shows you were mad or something, while not really elaborating what you didn't like about it. For iteration purposes I think you could better explain the "why", even if using just a couple of words, instead of just swearing about it. This also helps keep the atmosphere between editors civil. Reform (talk) 11:57, 26 March 2026 (UTC)Reply

tbh there isn't really a "why". I oft have nothing to really say in edit summaries so I just write random shit that may or not be adjacent to the edits I've made. SinexTitan (talk) 13:40, 26 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
as to y I wrote "Fucking stupid" on that specific edit, I got flustered as to how that section I fixed actually ended up that way. I hadn't seen it be touched in a long while. besides I also got multiple tabs open w articles I'm simultaneously chippin away at. so pretty much like an in the moment thing during ctrl+tabbing. SinexTitan (talk) 13:47, 26 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
Ah I see. Although you were more or less swearing to yourself, let's just the language civil next time so there is no chance of an aggravated interpretation. This way we keep a good relationship between editors and the wiki, agreed? Reform (talk) 15:37, 26 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
nah fuck this sure lmao SinexTitan (talk) 16:10, 26 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
