Telecoms client APK

[edit source]

New phones particularly Cricket and Motorola phones automatically install a Telecoms Client APK under the company of Trustonic LTD. This install is done automatically with no information about it and no consent. Upon installation of this software which is bloatware and spyware it embeds its self into the operating system. Telecoms Client has the ability to kick you out of your paid device and disable many system settings. This malware disallows you to change permissions, change other phone settings, force shut down the app, and deletion. Whether intentional by the phone service provider or not it disguises itself as a phone service provider tool, holding down on the app and hitting info reveals it's true identity Telecoms Client. This app has disallowed developer options on my phone and kicked me out of my phone saying my SIM was not supported and I'd have to unlock my device. The SIM was directly from the service provider and provided with the phone, there is no issue that Telecoms Client is forcibly shutting down service and locking you out of your phone for. An app that can without reason disable your phone and service and prevent you from using your device which you paid for is malware and/or corporate greed. Telecoms Client provides no way to remove it and trying to bypass it is "breaking a digital lock" just for trying to gain access to the device you paid for and should have full control over. The only known ways to remove this overly controlling app that spies and restricts your control is through factory resets and third party software using a PC. This means any data you have on your device gets swipped just so you can actually use your own device, on top of the massive hassle of the specific process. We now live in an age where corporate greed and control runs rampant all the while protected by the government. Removing the SIM and Wi-Fi connection before a factory reset doesn't allow Telecoms Client to download and install itself, this means you can access developer options and if you have a PC with third party software provide firewall enhancements. This allows you to use your phone freely and Trustonic LTD can't get their spyware and control into your phone giving you access to what you paid for.
