False ban on discord

in the past month i had a discord account and i was talking normally in a server, until someone comes and asked for a friend that is 11 or 12 years old, someone asked this person how old are they, i responded by saying "11", what i meant was that the other person is 12 not me, the person who asked them about their age reported me and thought i was talking about myself

i then tried to email them (since my former account was banned) saying why the ban is unfair and that they should consider looking more into the context, they still have not responded

i also had a situation where some people threatened me, i reported them accordingly to discord, but discord did not take any action towards them, i cant confirm whether discord reviewed the reports or took any action that i didnt know about

i think its a problem because discord is being really unfair to their own users and the automod makes it even worse
