This form is for adding entries to the List of companies utilizing intrusive advertisements/Rows.

Editors should use Show preview to see the score and the verdict before saving. Entries scoring below 3.00 and entries where the user very explicitly bade a bargain to be shown the ads don't fit the criteria for inclusion on the list, and will be marked with a † symbol.
