Grand Theft Auto IV is a video game released in 2008 by Rockstar Games.

The game was released to much fanfare and was enjoyed by many around the world, but in later years the decision was taken to remove music from the radio stations in the game on April 26, 2018. The removal of music from this video game is representative of anti-consumer practices.

Since it was removed modders have restored the tracks which were removed, the content remains permanently a part of many copies of the game such as physical releases which only gets removed if being updated to the latest version of the game.
