Got contract fraud into a membership, for a one time cleaning service.

Background

[edit | edit source]

Purchased a cleaning voucher for 40$ for 4 hours of cleaning. After the service ended, I was roped into 6 month contract for 59$ a month without consenting. There terminating fee for the contract was 74.20$.

[Incident]

[Company]'s response

[edit | edit source]

They would refund me the 174.2$ for the membership, the voucher and cancelation charge, If I gave them a 230$ payment for the cleaning service.
