Reminder, this article's examples section needs to be relevant where consumers gave their ID to [x-service], and a privacy incident happened involving their ID. If you need an example of what NOT to include here, please read the following article:

Additionally, please remember that services that make sense for requiring IDs, such as for handling legal or tax data, does not apply to this article. Their breaches however, may be relevant to the wiki, for example, the Equifax Breach of 2017.

However, some things may be more iffy, for example, if LexisNexis was a 3rd-party handling sensitive consumer data for other services, they could be relevant since they leaked SSNs and IDs
