Remove?
[edit source]Quoting User:Keith on Discord:
"Looking at the slack article, I think there's a good case for removing the hack club incident. seems like an isolated billing fuck up, and the sourcing certainly doesn't support anything more than that. could potentially come back if there were decent secondary sources talking about the threat of mass data deletion etc., but as it stands, it's not wholly convincing"
Solutions.
- Remove.
- Turn into a stub by removing the Hack Club incident. May have the template judgment added to make it worth keeping. <- my opinion, although biased due to conflict of interest
- Add citations. Found [1] and [2], not much. Someone should probably do something similar to Wikipedia's Source assess table if going this route.

- I agree that the incident is not fit for inclusion on the wiki. It seems it was an honest screw-up on Slack's part and the company did offer reasonable remedy to the affected organization.
- At which point, there's no reason for the article page itself to exist since it would have no article contents beyond the lead paragraph. — Sojourna (talk) 21:41, 28 September 2026 (UTC)
