editI'm fairly sure websites can't legally enforce their TOS before you have read them, by just visiting the site without any kind of prompt to accept and proceed or decline and leave. When just visiting the site, there is no such notice. There needs to be clarity on if users are prompted to accept/reject the TOS before registering account, posting content, etc. The websites that are on the list link back to Slashdot's TOS 2A00:23C8:2384:101:B34:3E7B:6AF4:18CF 23:36, 8 November 2025 (UTC)
