[edit source]While it is horrible it's in there, I highly doubt they actually use it let alone frequently. If they really did use it, it probably would've been known by now or someone would've gotten banned by it and considering there's still tons of bad people around I doubt it's even used. I do not think this is a cause for fear, plus generally you should watch what you do and say anyways. Maybe just a horrible compliance? Oh well. Marshal (talk) 10:31, 14 March 2026 (UTC)

[edit source]EAC(Easy Anti-Cheat, or what is actually implmented in vrchat: Easy Online Services) despite being a kernel anticheat doesn't really do anything at all, i can inject cheats at runtime and i'm not getting banned anywhere at all.
Even more, on linux the only thing it does is checking signatures, you can't just put on an anti-cheat and forget about it!!! that's not how gamehacking protection works. Steamhappy (talk) 08:08, 6 July 2026 (UTC)
