There may be important context missing. The transaction seems to have been in progress for close to a year, if not longer. I base this on documents recorded with Williamson County and from other public information. (I am willing to provide links and so on, but I do not know if it is okay to post them here; you went to the effort of redacting parts of the screenshot in the video.)
